“Reading Rooms” celebrated TANK Magazine’s 25th Anniversary. Not one space, but a collection of places; each a memory, echoing/referencing (through furniture and surface treatments) the environments we are typically drawn to when we read.
By celebrating the situatedness of reading (acknowledging that it really does matter where you read) the installation aimed to engage a new generation in the magazine (and the printed word more generally). 8 discrete situations—each one a different place to read:
Beach
Bedroom
Café
Garden
Library
Living Room
Park
Tent
